Youth Ministry - Grades 7-12

High school aged youth have monthly faith and fellowship events! There is also a high school leadership team that helps plan these events, including a nerf-gun war, Eucharistic Adoration, game nights with the elderly, and more! Find them on Instagram @semper_highschool_ministry.

College Ministry

All college-aged students are invited to join the Catholic College Ministry held on Tuesdays during the school year at 7:00 PM in the Nazareth Room. There is food, fellowship, and faith discussion! Find them on Instagram @semper_college_ministry.

Service Opportunities

If you are looking to serve in some way, we have lots of opportunities for you to share your time during the school year! We welcome the help of youth adults in leading a catechism class/small group on Wednesdays, leading Children’s Liturgy of the Word on Sundays during Mass, singing or playing an instrument at Mass, helping livestream Masses or special events, or join/create a bible study! For more information, contact either parish office.

Mission Trip - Peru

College-aged youth are invited to apply for the Pro Ecclesia Sancta Mission Trip held each summer to PES Mission Center in the Andes Mountains near Arequipa, Peru. Missionaries spend time with the school children, assist local villagers with various construction and manual labor, and growth in their faith through frequent prayer, Mass, and Adoration.

Campus Catholic Chaplain

Dakota Wesleyan students are welcome to reach out to Campus Catholic Chaplain Jagger Tyler for spirtual encouragement, to learn more about the Catholic parishes, or for additional resources! Jagger is currently majoring in Ag Business at DWU and is also a student-athlete in wrestling. Contact Jagger at 605-491-4042.

Theology on Tap

Theology on Tap is for young adults and those young at heart! Theology on Tap meets on the last Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM at various locations around Mitchell.
